Slow Roasted Peach
A slight flavoring of herbs infused over the slow cooking process make this a memorable dessert.

Ingredients
- vegetable oil cooking spray
- 4 peaches halved
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon finely chopped fresh lavender or thyme
- 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
- Spray a baking dish with vegetable oil. In a large bowl toss peaches with olive oil, sugar and herbs.
- Place peaches in a baking dish skin side up. Scrape any sugar that remains in the bowl on top of peaches. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
- Garnish with sour cream and serve.
