Peach and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, pit removed
  • 1 frozen banana (To freeze banana, remove peel and place fruit in a sealed plastic bag. Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup soymilk or fat-free milk
 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, approximately 2 minutes. Serve.

Notes

  1.  Add one slice whole grain bread with 1 teaspoon of 0 trans fat margarine for a complete breakfast.
