Muesli
This hearty muslei can be made ahead and stored in a resealable bag or an airtight container. Muslei is an excellent way to include oatmeal, one of the healthiest most satisfying foods available into your diet. Serve with skim milk, almond milk or soy milk.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped dried fruits, such as apricots, prunes or raisins (leave raisins can be left whole)
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/8 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/8 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind chopped very finely
