Granola
This is a great staple to have in you pantry to ensure a healthy breakfast even on a busy morning. Serve with skim milk, almond milk or soy milk.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except for raisins on a sheet pan and place in the oven. Stir regularly with a spatula to prevent sticking and to toast evenly. Cook until dry and lightly toasted, about 45 minutes. Mix in raisins.
Notes
- Round out this breakfast out with 1 cup of skim milk and 1 cup of mixed berries
